Payment

All amounts shown on the website are stated in Euro (EUR), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

BMB Group ApS accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Apple Pay We do not impose any kind of transaction fee on your purchase.

Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

BMB Group ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.

Delivery

We only deliver goods within France, Belgium, Austria. The delivery time for your order is normally 1-3 working days. When ordering at weekends and public holidays, the item is dispatched on the first working day. When ordering on weekdays before 17.00 the item will be sent the same day.

 

Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.

 

We deliver to private addresses in France, Belgium, Austria

 

Return and right of cancellation

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on our webshop.

 

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You bear any return costs yourself, just as the choice of carrier is your own. Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation the order must be in our hands no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of cancellation.

  

It is up to BMB Group ApS to assess the condition of the goods. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.

 

Right of complaint

According to the European Sales Act, a 2-year right of complaint is given on products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

 

Complaints must be notified to BMB Group ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

 

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product. BMB Group ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

 

We do not accept parcels sent on cash on delivery.

Personal data policy

When you buy an item and pass on the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which they were collected. We use third parties to process some of our information, among other things in our freight handling, which was not developed by BMB Group ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
